Architecture firm ZIG Property has redeveloped a famous Adelaine bakery into flats and are looking for a marketing brochure to advertise the homes. The design challenge is to create a strong concept related to the site. Property brochures can often be bland and lack distinction, so an engaging identity will be a unique marketing advantage.
Building on the history of the site as a bakery, the concept is inspired by what one might find in one; an oven and a batch of baked goods. The idea of a batch is visually translated into various patterns, which breaks away from typical property brochure designs.
This project was completed as part of the Shillington Graphic Design course.
