Architecture firm ZIG Property has redeveloped a famous Adelaine bakery into flats and need a marketing brochure to attract buyers. Because property brochures are often bland and lack personality, the client has asked the design to be based on a strong concept related to the development site.
Building on the history of the site as a bakery, the concept is inspired by what one might find in one; an oven and a batch of baked goods. The idea of a batch is visually translated into various patterns, which breaks away from typical property brochure designs.
This project was completed as part of the Shillington Graphic Design course.
